Deborah Chaney
Deborah Chaney is an artist/printmaker originally from Memphis, Tennessee. She received her BFA with a concentration in printmaking from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She worked as Studio Technician for the Printmaking Program at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. She has received her Master Printer Certificate from the Tamarind Institute of Lithography in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Currently, she is Program Officer/ Collaborative Printer at the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop in New York City. She has shown her work nationally and internationally and has been in numerous exchange portfolios including the recent “Mockery” portfolio, which all proceeds go to archiving the work of the late Richard Mock.
