For optimal results, we recommend letters be at least 1/4" (14pt) in height. Bold, thick, block-style fonts work best for embroidery.
For Professional Heat Press: Set the temperature between 300-320°F and apply medium pressure for 12- 15 seconds. Always use a Teflon sheet or kraft paper as a protective cover.
For Home Iron Application: Set your iron to medium heat (wool setting) with no steam. Place a cotton cover over the patch and press with medium pressure for 10-15 seconds while slowly moving the iron. Flip the fabric and repeat the process on the reverse side. Repeat as needed until the patch is firmly attached.
For long-lasting results, especially if the patch will be washed, adding some small stitches in a few places or corners is highly recommended.
