What file types do you accept?

We support a wide range of file formats - PDF, JPG, PNG, AI. PSD, and TIFF files.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, but rush options are available for an additional fee.

Can I get a proof before printing?

Yes, we provide digital proofs for all orders before printing.

What are the backing options?

NO BACKING: allows you to sew your patch onto any article of clothing or accessory
PLASTIC: free upon request
IRON-ON: allows you to iron on your design with a iron at home or with a heat press.
PEEL & STICK: for a special event, attach your patch to clothing immediately, without ironing
VELCRO: replace or rotate your patch easily

How big should the text be?

For optimal results, we recommend letters be at least 1/4" (14pt) in height. Bold, thick, block-style fonts work best for embroidery.

How do I apply my heat applied patch?

For Professional Heat Press: Set the temperature between 300-320°F and apply medium pressure for 12- 15 seconds. Always use a Teflon sheet or kraft paper as a protective cover.

For Home Iron Application: Set your iron to medium heat (wool setting) with no steam. Place a cotton cover over the patch and press with medium pressure for 10-15 seconds while slowly moving the iron. Flip the fabric and repeat the process on the reverse side. Repeat as needed until the patch is firmly attached.

For long-lasting results, especially if the patch will be washed, adding some small stitches in a few places or corners is highly recommended.
